• North Quay in Hayle is a significant mixed-use development on the north Cornwall coast on the edge of an estuary with World Heritage Site status.

• Twin Rundum Original ‘round the corner’ side sliding doors with radiused corners at their adjacent edge were manufactured and installed in one of the residential properties.

• Manufactured using Accoya to provide a lasting external finish in line with the project’s sustainability aims, given its superior durability and FSC accreditation.

• Marine grade stainless steel used to create the U-channels which guide the Rundum Original door as it slides, along with the PPC tracks and binding, to ensure maximum resistance to corrosion in the aggressive saline atmosphere.

• Fully automated using door-mounted motor which is activated via a remote control device and it is HomeLink compatible for safe and secure operation from inside a vehicle.

• High quality design throughout the development by FCBStudios, with the project recognised in the 2020 Housing Design Awards.
